wine is produced from a blend of Chardonnay, Passerina, Riesling, Malvasia
and Trebbiano grapes grown in the Controguerra of northern Abruzzo.
It has subtle floral aromas and flavors citrus fruits with great acidity
and a clean finish. A great match for the Zuppa,
Branzino and Petto di Pollo.

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, when vinified
as rosato or rose, becomes known as Cerasouolo, which means “cherry
red”. Crisp and dry, this pink wine has lovely aromas and
flavors of strawberry, cherry and spice. The perfect complement to Prosciutto
Cacio e Pere and the Maccheroni.
